• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Wash with like colors
• Use mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Lay flat or hang to air dry
• Warm iron on reverse side if needed (avoid direct heat on embroidery)

Each Linen & Loom piece is made to order.
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for embroidery and preparation prior to shipment.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Orders ship from our PA or FL studio.
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier selection at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is custom embroidered specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
However, if there is an error due to our workmanship or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We are committed to making it right.
